Yes. Each tenant may have up to two pets, each up to 45 pounds. Pets must be registered with Huff Lease, with current documentation on file. There is a pet fee of $250 per pet.
No. Partin Place Villas is a street of true homes for independent living. It shares the Partin Place name and neighborhood, but it is not a wing of the senior living or memory care campus.
Yes. Partin Place Villas will have a community center. Independent living still needs a shared room — a place to meet, host, and stay in each other's lives without giving up a home of your own. That is how a street of true homes becomes a neighborhood.
Huff Lease and our team maintain the villas. Landscaping is included. We handle filter changes, drain line cleanouts, and AC upkeep. Any maintenance the home needs is one call to us — we come out and fix it.
