Oak View Landing is our mobile home and RV park in Niceville. The community has 99 rental homes and RV lots. The address on the property record is 400 Reeves St, Niceville, FL 32578. Reeves Street is the street named in the community description. Manufactured-home floor plans on file are three bedrooms and two bathrooms at about 800 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms at about 700 square feet, and two bedrooms and one bathroom at about 600 square feet. Notes on those plans include a two-car driveway pad. RV sites are a separate plan: a 60-foot pad with water, sewer, and electric for a long-term stay. Some homes in the park are filed only as older trailers, and those records do not list bedrooms, bathrooms, or square feet. We do not guess those numbers.

The park is convenient to Eglin Air Force Base, shopping, restaurants, and the Emerald Coast beaches. That is the location we state. An open home or RV lot has its own page on Rentals in Niceville.
